Directed a team of 3 Frontend Engineers in the complete UI/UX overhaul of the Bookee mobile app, managing the product lifecycle from concept through to development. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational security, code reviews, key performance indicators (KPIs), and automated software testing. Ensured a 99.5% crash-free rate on both iOS and Android platforms by proactively monitoring performance and addressing issues using Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. Implemented the automation feature, a drag-and-drop canvas UI for the marketing module, a premium no-code feature that enhances user experience and streamlines marketing through automation. Streamlined white-labeled customer apps' deployment process by creating a Node shell-based script that leveraged Doppler's cloud-based environment secrets management to automate deployments via a terminal-based GUI. The script is currently deploying apps for 100+ live clients.
